    Highlight 1

Prior to my coming to this Ministry, we had a Ministry where staff morale was practically zero. What I am trying to do, ably assisted by my boss, His Excellency, the Governor of Delta state, is to rebrand our offices.

    2.
    Highlight 2

We have laptops coming in, with electronic libraries for each laptop, so that our lawyers are abreast with legal issues. Now we have judgments of the Supreme Court getting to us within forty eighty hours the way it gets to lawyers in private practice. It was never so.

    3.
    Highligh 3

We are restricting and reforming; persons with questionable character we are removing, and we are moving people to where we believe they will perform better.
